You are probably landing here because you have just completed a session but received the pop-up showing Upload Failed.
Don't panic!
The most important thing is DO NOT DELETE THE APP.
Explanation:
A failed upload may be caused by a poor wifi (or data) connection, or a change in your network status during the sync; let's say you lost your internet connection briefly, for example. The good news is all of the data has been pulled from each of the belts in your sync and is saved locally on your phone/device. This means, players, and belts no longer need to stay close for the sync, you are quite literally holding all the data in your hands!
Things to be mindful of:
- To ensure it stays on your phone/device - do not delete the app, otherwise the data will deleted along with the application.
- We recommend that you stay logged into the application (do not log out), to maximize the chance of successful upload, however, you can logout if needed. Please understand, however, this may decrease the likelihood of successful upload.
- You may navigate away from the app without worry and have the Beyond Pulse App open in the background.
How to Correct:
Our Beyond Pulse mobile apps have been designed so that this session will automatically try to re-upload your session when you are next connected to a stable wifi connection. It is recommended when you are entering an area with a stable wifi, or data connection that you have the app open and you are on the 'History' tab for this team/session. This will provide a sort of validation that the session does indeed upload.
If the automatic upload is still unsuccessful, for whatever reason, you may manually try the upload by tapping the 'Tap to Upload' text/icon.
Step-by-step Instructions: (from the pop-up)
1. Select 'Ok, Try Later'
2. Select the correct team with the session that failed to upload.
3. Click 'History'
4. Click 'Tap to Upload'
