a.    After the belts are synced, the upload process commences, which culminates in the session report being emailed to you. 

b.    You can check on the status of the upload by selecting the “Training Sessions” 

                                               i.     This is a tab on the screen after you select your team

c.    Green = upload complete

d.    Yellow = Pending

                                               i.     If yellow, then access wifi, which will immediately upload the session

                                             ii.     If it doesn’t immediately upload session, then close the app and reopen

e.    Red = Failed
